What I fear most from autistic breakdowns
Is my loss of thinking. I entirely lose my ability to rationalize. I become a barely functioning automaton that listens to whatever commands are suggested without almost any thought, and unable to help myself from something I normally would know the solutions to.
That scares the hell out of me. “Nothin to fear but fear itself” only works when you can still think.

Weird to think how much better I am than most...
I don’t even find this an arrogant thing to type. I’m more logical, understanding, and courageous than so so many people, even adults, and a large part of that is attributable to being autistic.
I’ve already reached the final question that causes the autistic breakdowns: “why must you be a good person?”
And once that is answered, I will such an great and stable...
